The staff and food could not be faulted, the rooms need some TLC
The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and a variety of fresh foods
The facilities were limited, the pool area not fully operational. No separate lounge area.

Lovely atmosphere, sea view and great breakfast.
Nice atmosphere, lovely spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast with a large selection, balcony with sea view, right at the waterfront.
On my day of arrival they moved me to another hotel in Lido, into a tiny room, for 2 out of 4 nights booked. Did not leave me with a good impression of the management of Viktoria Palace. No compensation provided for moving me to another hotel for half my stay, although they themselves mentioned this several times. Bad idea to promise something you are not planning on delivering, if you want to leave a good impression. Otherwise I was ok to be flexible and did enjoy my stay at this atmospheric hotel - for half of my booked stay.

We had a lovely time and would recommend the hotel.
Very peaceful compared to Venice . Lovely balcony with a splendid view of Venice. Staff very friendly. Nice pool and garden.
Grass in the garden needed cutting. More storage in the room.

Clean hotel in quiet location. Great staff and breakfast and pool.
Generally quiet location and lovely views of the water leading in to Venice. Good transport at the door. Nice pool. Friendly staff.
Room was small and property could be refreshed to justify price. There was some form of construction work work just outside the property which was OK but not ideal.
